

I hope you enjoy it as much as I liked making it! This type of cake is very similar to a sort of cornmeal style cake however, it’s softer and well doesn’t contain cornmeal. Pulse in egg, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla until it comes together to form a soft dough.

This time I finally cracked it and to make it even better it’s OIL FREE! I have been experimenting with making layered vegan cakes and haven’t had much success because it either rises, then deflates or sinks and becomes as hard as a rock.
